Hello and thank you for reading this message!
The Macintosh type computers have had for years an exellent audio,
including built-in soundcard on every machine motherboard. I've read
of an implementation on the PC-compatibles side which uses SoundBlaster
both for receiving and transmitting the audio needed for the packet
radio.
Now. The question is had anyone implemented this for the Macintosh? I'm
quite sure it would be no problem on the Macintosh side running the
most fastest packet modes (9k6 and up) since we have enough cpu power
and exellent sound cards built-in in the Power Macintosh computers.
If no one has implemented this where can I get the documentation needed
to start working this project with the ordinary 1200 bps packet?
Thanks in advance!
