If you have a Mac and want a very powerful packet BBS, terminal
program capable of multiport, VHF/UFH/HF/ and satellite tracking
then digipoint may be for you. The author uses a Mac notebook
computer running Magic! to develop and use the program for Atari
computers. But, of course, this means it is completely usable by
 Mac computer enthusiasts.

I just received the latest version of Digipoint along with the
updated documentation. The documentation, for the first time,
mentions using Digipoint on the Mac computer platform.

I use Atari and Mac Power PC's but find very little in the way of
shareware ham software for the Mac. What there is is very good,
but I have not found a decent Mac packet program or Mac packet BBS.
If you too have been looking for a Mac packet program, then maybe
you should consider Digipoint and Magic!.

Digipoint is freeware and available for download from Ben's Place
 at 407 439-5546 at 300-14.4kb. Ben's Place is always available 9
pm to 7 am. But can be found most other times when not in use for
 school work.
