Two brief points on this one:
If you write a programme or invent something and charge for it, then that
is professional not amateur.
I had always thought F6FBB and F1EBN wrote free soft ware.
On the opening screen of TPK, it says " Libre a tous les radioamateurs."

As for 'ein Windows Packet Programme.' Does it speak and, if so, is it in
German or English?
I might give it a try if it works with telnet.
