WHO are these "people"? You have been asked to name these folk that you 
mention but you don't answer this question. Why?

Yes, that's right and he is "dishonest" by using packet to lure people
to a web site for the purpose of his commercial gain but you consider
this to be acceptable ethics?

You DO have a fixation regarding people wanting "something for nothing"
don't you. You still refuse to name those who you say "were requesting
that he publish his directions for making the antenna for free" why is
this? If you know who these "people" are, please tell us as I am unclear
on this point.
