Mel ,Having seen one of your previous messages on this topic , I recall
you paid through Pay Pal. With Paypal taking a cut ,it seems unrealistic
that you receive the full amount ,unless the refunder increases the refund
by the amount Pay Pal takes ,meaning he refunds more than he received. All
this apart from any foreign exchange variations from the time you pay and
the time you receive the refund.
If you pay by credit card ,when refunded ,you receive the full amount
