Hi Peter and anybody else interested.
I am one who sent Felix money, only because he wrote that "donations"
would help him considerably with his costs in producing the "Construction
Guide".
I didn't want the "construction guide" to make an antenna. I also thought
it looked unseemly and ugly.
As anybody who knows me will tell you, I don't go out working mobile
these days and in any case have an "Outbacker" should I wish to. That is
an antenna that, in my opinion, has few peers in the mobile antenna world.
Why did I send for his "construction guide"? Quite simply, because I was
interested to see his "technique" and see if he had come up with a new
and radically innovative design.

I am certainly not "crying the blues" and feel lucky that I got back most
of my "donation". My reason for posting to this topic is because I have
seen that he continues to blatantly advertise so I wrote about my own
experience so that others may be warned.
As I wrote in an earlier message, such a person must have a desperate
need to use such methods to raise cash!
I am just glad that I urged him to open a PayPal account so I could send
my donation. As Charlie pointed out, that did give an opportunity for me
to be refunded and I have lost more change from my pockets than the few
shillings that he short changed me, but that's against his karma rather
than mine...
