At the end of the day - gain can only be produced in an antenna at the
expense of beamwidth and adding signal at the correct phase.
Everything else is about reducing losses which give the impression of gain.
Like Bryan 'SYR, it can get a bit of a drag debating such stuff so I'll
just say that I'm sticking to my guns on this one ;-)
