theire is a program to download the keplarien data
vom SPACE TRACK. The program is named "HalloKepler".
Languages are german and english.
The functions:
- Download the data file from SPACE TRACK
- decompress the file
- select the wanted satellites
- rename then satellites
- save the new file to any wanted new file
You can download the freeware from
