Both the PBBS and FM repeater on AO-51 are OFF.  Please do not attempt to 
access either the PBBS on FM repeater at this time. 

The satellite will be reconfigured to at 1540 utc on 5 March to send TLM 
data on TXB, 435.300 at 9k6.  Remember, TXB is opposite polarity compared to 
TXA.
