I was just updating my Tle's on Orbitron, and checked for an update for the
program. A message informed me that after 31st March 2005 you will no longer
be able to get keps from celestrack or any other source.
http://www.space-track.org.
You will have to go to the above website and setup an account.
This is due to American National Security policy...
