Perhaps our AMSAT organisation can help here?
Perhaps they can explain to the Department of Defense that we only use the
keps of our own satellites (and only the 2Line data) and some
weathersatellites?
I suppose that this will be not to difficult....
The best solution would be that AMSAT transfers the data, or by e-mail or
by packet radio.....
