Hello all Satellites!
I have just read 2 bulletins from Mark, M1EZJ, asking for Keplerian Elements
for satellites. As there at least five stations circulating keps., one at
least should be seen in the UK.
Mark, maybe by using Winpack you are not 'listing' all bulletins and so,
you are missing them. Set your Winpack 'From List' to include AMSAT, KEPS,
and KEPLER. This should get all the Keps you need.
I hope you can arrange with someone close to you to get further help.
