i do agree with david that it is important to clarify
the situation.
david has done that in the uk and in the end they
decided that we (radio amateurs in uk) were open to talk
about anything we wish under the human rights act
taking into account the true meaning of offensive
and all thanks to the vk's who set the agenda
we british are made of sterner stuff
