JAPAN.
Fortunately, there exist HF Radio route among Japan and Europe.
As you mentioned, also in Japan, Pakcet Radio satations are decraseing
but increasing Packet Telephone lines.
I use to be using 431.02Mhz JH1ZIZ as my HBBS,
but, there were many QRM by mobile radio.
So, line was dropped very often during download message
from HBBS.
At present, I am connecting to Jl1ZND which is Tel-Line BBS.
