Contest News
The RSGB Club Call Contest is on Saturday 13 November, between 2000
and 2300UTC on 160 metres SSB. Participants should exchange an RS report,
serial number, and details of any RSGB Affiliated Society to which they
belong.
On VHF, the RSGB 144MHz CW Contest is on 6 and 7 November for 24 hours
from 1400UTC on Saturday 6 November. A separate 6-hour contest is run
from 0800 to 1400UTC on Sunday 7 November. The exchange is an RST report,
serial number and locator.
The RSGB 432MHz Activity Contest is on Tuesday 9 November from 2000
to 2230UTC. The exchange for this event is an RS or RST report, serial
number and locator.
Suitable freeware logging programs for RSGB HF and VHF contests is available
from a number of sources - see the 'Links' section of the VHF Contest
Committee website.
