Greetings to all who read this. I'm looking for a UT-72 CTCSS tone board,
commonly used in the older ICOM handies, of the IC-2iA or E class. This
handie must be about 10-12 years old and has 10 memories, and a clock on
the LC display. It runs on 7.2 or 12 volts and puts out 2.5W at max
voltage.
This CTCSS tone board is surely no longer made, so I would expect that one
would have to be procured from someone whose own older ICOM handie no
longer works.
Do you have an elderly handie with a UT-72 tone board you'd be prepared to
part with, and send to me, for the usual considerations? I'd be glad to
hear from you. I can be reached on packet or via Email.
Thanks and 73 from Cape Town,
Dave Reece
