Contest News
The CQ World Wide DX SSB Contest takes place for the 48 hours of the
weekend of 30 and 31 October. Activity is on the six contest bands from
160 to 10 metres. Participants should exchange an RS report and their
CQ Zone - the UK is in Zone 14.
On VHF, the RSGB 50MHz Activity Contest is on Tuesday 26 October from
8.00pm until 10.30pm local time. The exchange for this event is an RS
or RST report, serial number and locator.
Suitable freeware logging software for RSGB contests is available from
EI5DI's website.
