Hello All,
Since Sunday evening May 18th, there have been ongoing issues with internet
service at home, so internet links have been up and down. The most common
symptom is slower but usable download speed with extremely slow, virtually
unusable upload speed. A small quantity of links are up, so I'm hoping I
can get this bulletin out to at least 1 forwarding partner who can pass
it on.
Unfortunately the service provider has been unresponsive.
