I'm working on updating some documentation and attempting to explain
hierarchical addresses. For continents, I have the following information:

* Africa - ?
* Antarctica - ?
* Asia - ASIA
* Austrailia - AUNZ (includes New Zealand)
* Central America - CEAM
* Europe - EURO
* North America - NOAM (Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, and the United States)
* South America - SOAM

What is used for Africa and Antarctica? Is there a different continent for
Oceania?

For countries, what is the standard used for these codes?

Thanks.

73,
Eric WG3K
