and was a rust bucket.
Compare that with the bit of film shown on
"BBC2 Coast program"last Sunday,
From Pendine sands, where Parry Thomas's,
speed record car "Babs" was buried in the Sand Dunes after he was killed,1927? and was dug up in 1996, as it was lifted from its grave
one of the workers spun the front wheel!
and the car was refurbed and shown being driven on the Sands
where it came to grief 70 years earlier.
They don't make them like that these days! Ha Ha
