DATES OF 2007 RAFARS COUNCIL MEETING AT DCAE COSFORD.
26 Jun., 11 Sep., 13 Oct (AGM), 13 Nov.
A Field Rep will be invited to each meeting and travel expenses paid.
All members may ask to attend meetings but expenses are not paid.
RAFARS ANNUAL DINNER AND AGM 2007.
The annual dinner will take place at Haughton Hall, Shifnal. TF11 8HG
on Friday 12th Oct. 2007. The AGM is at the RAF Museum Cosford. WV7 3EX
on Saturday 13th Oct. 2007. Full details with the Summer QRV.

RAFARS WEBSITE NOW UPDATED AND QRV.
RAFARS website has been updated and the new webmaster is RAFARS Chairman,
Gary G0DNI. A big thank you goes to Bob G4DDM for the work and time he has
spent - over many years - setting up and running the website. We must also

24th Waddington A, 56th Devon, 72nd Cosford, 76th Waddington B.
A total OF 78 Stations took part. Thanks go to G2AFV, G3KWH, G3IGU, MOCES,
G0SWO, G3LUW, M0BYJ, G4DQP, G2CGL, G3UYV for flying the flag for RAFARS.

GB2RAF AIR DEFENCE RADAR MUSEUM RAF NEATISHEAD RAFARS PERMANENT S.E.S.
On Sat 12 May. 52 Stations worked on 3.710. Conditions poor at first but
good after 1130Z. Contacts made 11 Mills on the Air. RAFARS G4PFR, M3VRG,
G3NBC, G8QZ, G8LUV, G3KWY, M0RGI and G3DQY.
GB2RAF will be on the air 16 June for the Museums Weekend, but will not be
operational on the 9 June unless Terry gets a volunteer helper.
GB2RAF should be QRV every 2nd Saturday of the Month 1000-1500 hrs local
on RAFARS frequencies SSB or CW on 80m, or 40m if conditions are poor.
