David, in April/May 2007 the ZL BBS's changed their hierarchical routes
to reflect new postal codes. For example, here in Auckland ZL1AB changed
from ZL1AB.#11.NZL.OC to ZL1AB.#06.NZL.OC.
Maybe you used the old code for ZL1UX?
