AXIP AGWpe 2002.10 Ethernet LAN to AXUDP port on Xrouter

This is what is needed to make Xrouter (LAN IP address 192.168.0.2) send
the unproto traffic (FBB updates, FBB Mail messages, APRS unproto packets,
etc) up the AXUDP port to the AGWpe Packet Switch working on the LAN PC
(IP address 192.168.0.1).

The PIPE & PIPEFLAG lines in the PORT sections are essential. The DIGIPORT
& DIGIFLAG settings are not relevant to the Xrouter to AGWpe Packet Switch
link.

It is assumed that the Radio interfaces and the normal Ethernet interface
are properly installed and working in the connected mode.
I test with a Telnet program in Windows 98se.
