It is now 2003 and still there are those out there who have not fixed their
computers to accomodate Y2K compliance, either in their computer or the
software they are using. Come on fellows (and girls) , please fix your
problem areas and get Y2K compliant. There is not excuse three years down the
track from the year two thousand not to have fixed things by now. BIOS and
software upgrades are available to cure this.

I have filters in place to trap bulletins (and mail) sent out with faulty
dates. As of now, I will be killing off any bulletin where the R: lines are
not conforming to the standard. You have ample time to fix you problem
software. In the case of FBB, why are there still many out there running FBB
5.15 for instant. This version in NOT Y2K compliant, so upgrade to the latest
DOS, Windows or Linux versions, all of which will solve this problem. Get a
BIOS upgrade to fix your computer problems. or a new mother board.

I will no doubt draw flack for daring to kill bulletins, but, three years is
ample time to get compliant, don't you think?
