Is Worthing in a different time zone to the rest of us ?
That bulletin is a year old and has been regurgitated by some dodgy bbs.
But hey what the heck - lets have a replay ;-)
Right then noise, try sniffing around the tnc with an HF reciever and
see what mess it's spews up - lots I'm afraid.
Being an HF man I get rather stroppy when I see the noise floor rise
by as much as 1db on my rx, so the tnc had to go and my HF rx is all
the better for it.
So by using the soundcard and AGW I've eliminated a source of noise.

Nope :-(
Was that the real HRT or the HRT that the RSGB bought up and closed down ?
Besides lets be honest - who the heck want's to use NOS or whatever
variant with it's highly friendly user interface which even by DOS standards
is real kack ;-)
