Hi Bob and readers,

No Bob, YOU read it again. The word you overlooked is "not", a key point 
in grammar. When you said "not a lack of stations to work" you 
contradicted yourself when you said there is in the direction of 
propagation, north and south. East has nothing to do withit and is 
irrelevant since it's not the direction of propagation which was the 
subject of the sentence you referred to. Two sentences, two different 
subjects and the word "not" as a conjunctive? North-south not, east are 
and never the twain shall meet and Mark Twain used the telegraph, at 
least he knew where the wire went. (;->)

Last but not least, I'm yanking your tale again, pun intentional.
