I just thought I'd let you know that I've just had my first QSO of 2006
and it was on 50Mhz.
I just worked YU1EU at 1130 UTC
I was using 5 watts of CW and an 8 foot square wire loop taped to the
bedroom wall.
A genuine 599 both ways.
This 50Mhz lark is too easy ;-))
