E' ormai autunno! In attesa della buona stagione e del Esporadico multi
hop e' tempo di pensare alle prossime attivita' radiantistiche.
Abbiamo preparato una indagine per dare un aiuto a tutti coloro che,
appassionati di spedizioni DX operanti sui 50 MHz, sono indecisi sulla
loro prossima destinazione.
Il questionario e' articolato in due schede voto principali; una diretta
a coloro che risiedono in tutto il mondo e sono interessati all'attivita'
di alcuni paesi europei; la seconda diretta ai radioamatori europei che
sono interessati alle attivazioni nei paesi nord americani e caraibici.
Per le schede voto vi e' sia una versione in italiano che una in
inglese.
In una prima schermata di registrazione vi verra' chiesto il vostro nome
e la vostra email, a quell'indirizzo, in pochi secondi, vi giungera' una
email di conferma col vostro PIN per la votazione. A tutela della privacy
comunichiamo che gli indirizzi email cosi' acquisiti non saranno diffusi
per ulteriori utilizzi.

Fall is here. It's time to plan for the next sporadic E multi hop
season.
We prepared this poll to help the DX expedition fan to choose their next
destinations.
The poll is divided in two parts: the first one is directed to all the
non-European Hams interested to contact rare European countries; the
second
aimed to the Europeans who wish to work rare prefixes in North America
and
the Caribbeans.
We will consider one only vote per call and per continent.
The poll results will be published the first days

IK0FTA, Sergio ha ricevuto questa email da Ramon XE1KK in FP
Ciao Sergio, Mi ha fatto molto piacere lavorare alcune stazioni italiane
in 6m da FP. Oggi nella mattina configurai la stazione per la magica
banda
dopo tutto il tempo che abbiamo lavorato in HF. Stavamo operando con un
Icom 756 Pro II, Amp Acom e una antenna yagi di 3 elementos Step-ir
risuo-
nante in 50 MHz.
Prima di chiamare ascoltai alcuni beacons e nel vedere che la banda stava
aperta no mi fissai a vedere quali fossero. Diressi verso il NA e
chiamai,
la sorpresa di tutti fu vedere che ci rispondeva una stazione della
Francia
e successivamente avemmo un pileup di Italiani.
Dopo di circa 12 o 13 contatti cambiammo con un operatore CW, Dave VE7VR,
che continuo'. Lavorammo anche alcuni K1 via scatter.
Interessante avventura!
Gia abbiamo 3 paesi contattati reciprocamente: XE, TI e ora FP..
ovviamente
oltre i nostri contatti di persona a Roma e Friederishchafen. Che meravi-
glia, no?
Domanio smontiamo le antenne y voleremo a St. John's Newfoundland, VO1,
nel
giorno di mercoledi'.
Io tornero' in Messico giovedi'. Spero di contattarti una volta ancora da
qualche altro posto.

Ciao Sergio,
Me ha dado mucho gusto trabajar a algunas estaciones italianas en 6m
desde
FP.
Hoy por la manana configure la estacion para la banda magica pues todo el
tiempo hemos estado haciendo HF.
Estabamos con un Icom 756 Pro II, Amp Acom y una antena yagi de 3
elementos
Step-ir resonando en 50 MHz.
Antes de llamar esuche algunos beacons y al ver que la banda estaba
abierta
ya no me fije quien era. Apunte a NA y llame y la sorpresa de todos fue
ver
que nos contestaba una estacion de Francia y luego teniamos un pileup de
Italianos.
Despues de unos 12 o 13 contactos cambiamos a un operador de CW, Dave
VE7VR,
quien continuo'.
Trabajamos tambien algunos K1 en scatter. Interesante aventura!
Ya tenemos 3 paises con contactos mutuos: XE, TI y ahora FP.... ademas de
nuestro contactos en persona en Roma y Friederishchafen. Que maravilla,
no?
Manana quitamos las antenas y volamos a St. John's Newfoundland, VO1, el
miercoles. Yo regreso a Mexico el jueves. Espero contactar una vez mas
desde otro lado.

IK0FTA, Sergio recived an email from Ramon, XE1KK, in FP.
Dear Sergio,
I was very pleased to work italian stations on 6m from Miquelon FP.
This morning I setted up our station to work on 6m, after we worked for
several days on HF. We were working with an Icom 756 Pro II, Amp Acom and
an antenna Step-ir 3 el. with a good swr on 6m. At first I check the band
and I heard some beacons but when I saw that the band was open, I didn't
try to note which beacons were. I turned the beam to USA, and with our
big
surprise the first station that answered us was a F station and
immediately
we had a good pile-up of I stations.
After 12-13 qso we changed operator and we qsyed on CW with Dave VE7VR on
the key-paddle. We worked also some K1 via scattered way.
Interesting adventure !
Sergio, now we have 3 differents countries worked together: XE TI FP and
obviously our eye-balls qso in Roma and Friedrichshafen. Really
interesting!
Tomorrow we will set down all the beams and on wednesday we will fly to
St. John s Newfoundland, VO1. I ll come back to Mexico on thursday. I
hope to
work you again soon from another country.
