There are some 6 metre beacons in VK - several in fact - Alice Springs
VK8RAS is one heard here frequently but there does not appear to be any
amateur activity there. I have also heard Townsville (VK4RTL???) at times.
In the next couple of weeks I will have a beacon on air under my own
callsign. Location Albany West Australia. Grid:OF84WW.
Unfortunately it will not be operating while I am listening on 6 for
obvious reasons until I can get another site for it.
