                             General information.
   
   Cayman Isl., ZF8. Lance W7GJ, writes; Tickets are now confirmed. We
   will be in ZF8 from June 4 to June 13, and hope to be QRV from June 5
   through June 12. Note that we will be there during the June ARRL VHF
   contest. The Gridsquare is EK99. I will have an IC706 (100w) and at

   Benin, TY. Georges F8OP, writes; After their trip in North Benin in
   2001, F5MOO (TY7Z), F5CWU (TY9F), F5AOV (TY4DX), F1PJB (TY6FB) plane
   a DXpedition in the South from july 15th to august 14th. QTH will be
   Grand-Popo, near the Togo boarder. More infos later.
   
   Tchad, TT. Georges F8OP, writes; Chris, TT8DX leaves Tchad at the end
   of august. After his septembre holidays, he will be appointed to Came-
   roun (TJ). 73 all Georges F8OP
   
   Aruba, P40. Dick, W3RM, and Mike, N3MT, will be QRV from Aruba as P40RM
   and P40MT, May 29 through June 19. The plan to be operating on 6
   through 160 meters, mainly CW, some SSB. QSL via their U.S. calls, CBA.

   Bermuda, VP9. Merv, N6NO, will be on holiday as N6NO/VP9, May 22-28. He
   expects to concentrate mainly on CW and the WARC bands but will include
   attempts at 6 meters. Conventional 10-40 meters will be used during the

   Saint-Pierre & Miquelon Isl., FP. Jean Christophe, FP5AC, President of
   the Saint-Pierre & Miquelon Islands ARC, informs that their next DXpe-
   dition will take place on June 21st through 23rd. They will go to Ile
   aux Chevaux (Horses Island), which is a little 90-meter diameter island
   located in the Barachois, off Miquelon. The crew will consist of the
   four "Jeans"; Jean-Christophe, FP5AC; Jean-Pierre, FP5CJ; Jean, FP5BU;
   and Jean-Marc, FP5BZ, and the Cook, SWL Claude. They will go first to
   Miquelon village by land rover, and then they will use two little boats
   to go to the Ile aux Chevaux. Special thanks to Monsieur Joseph Lucas,
   the owner of the island who gave permission for landing and staying
   there. The ARC's callsign FP5KE will be used on all bands from 6 to
   160 meters. A Special QSL card will be issued, so listen to the opera-

   Sardiania Isl., IS0. Freddy IZ1EPM, writes; Hi, I want to inform that
   also this year during summer holidays I will be active from my qth on
   Sardiania Isl. (St. Teresa di Gallura) JN41OF, can be also possible
   that my operations could be extended at JN51AX /MM but at the moment I
   cannot say you the exact date. I invite all people to look the PCluster

   San Andres Island, HK0. Andi DL7ZZ, writes; Hello guys and DXers, I
   will inform you about our holiday expedition in 2002. Perhaps you re-
   member the DK8YY, DL4JS and DL7ZZ trips to HI8 ('98), HI9 ('99) and to
   6W ('00). This year all operators of HI8 and HI9 are together again and
   will take some friends to the Caribic. All logistics questions are pas-
   sed and so we hope getting all to the island and will be qrv in summer.
   Not the best time for lowbands and 6m, but didn't find a better time
   cause of vacations and QRL of some members. Hope you and the other guys
   will enjoy the signals! We will do it anyway ! - From July, 16th to
   29th a international team (DH7WW, DK8YY, DL2AKT, DL2OAP, DL3ALI, DL4ALI
   DL4JS, DL4YY, DL7ZZ, DL8AKI, HC2DX) will go to SAI. We hope getting the
   callsign HK0ZZ. We schedule to be QRV from 160 m to 10 m in CW, SSB and
   digital modes and with one station for satellite. On 6m we will set a
   beacon, propagation-info please to the active operators at the other
