General information.
Wake Isl., KH9. Bruce, AC4G/V73CW says that plans are falling into
place for another, longer, Wake Island operation sometime around June/
July 2002. He expects to use AC4G/KH9 on all bands (6-160meters) with
much more operating time than the last operation. A 50/50 mix of SSB
and CW is expected. More definite info later as the date approaches.

Jersey, GJ. French operators F5JOT, F5LGQ, F6CKH, F8CRH, F8CUR and
F8CUY plan to operate from Les Minquiers Islands, Jersey from May 17-
21. They will be QRV on 2-80 meters. They will use MJ/home call. QSL

Lesotho, 7P. Bernie ZS4TX, will be QRV this coming week as 7P8Z. All
QSL cards via ZS4TX QTHR or he does send cards via the buro twice an-

Congo, TN. Wolfgang - DJ3TF, QSP's; Dear colleagues, We're please to
announce our new DXpedition project Congo 2002 that will take place
between the 17th and 27th May. The callsigns to be used are: TN3B (op.
EA3BT) & TN3W (op. EA3WL - YL). The QSL information will be via EA3BT.
The operation will be in SSB, RTTY and some CW, in all bands from 6m
to 80m. Our aim is to give the new one to the maximum number of sta-
tion, and that's why we will have to station on the air simultaneously

Guam, KH2. WH7USA, Bert Godlewski, will be in Guam, KH2, March 18-28.
He plans to take PSK equipment, a Kenwood TS-680V, wire and a tuner
along. He will operate HF SSB and 6M only. Bert says, "I am looking for
some fun and relaxation when not working." The last time he operated
from Guam, many years ago, he had the call KG6FAB. (QSP Daily DX #050)
Cancelation. G4AFJ Geoff, writes; The KH4 trip by G3SWH has been can-
celled due to the fact that the regular air service has been cancelled
to KH4.
Nanibia, V5. Nico ZS4NS, writes; Hi, I will be leaving for V5 Namibia
on 20 March 2002 and will be returning 10 April 2002 call sign V5/ZS4NS
Main focus will be 50 Mhz SSS&CW but also 10,15 & 20. Will try and
operate from rare grids.73 Nico ZS4NS
Doninican Rep., HI. Danny, T93M, will be active as T93M/HI9 between
March 26th and April 1st. Activity will be on all HF bands, CW and SSB
with special attention to 6 meters. His operation will include SOAB
