                             General information.
   
   Bolivia, CP. Jack N6XQ writes; The XYL and I depart for Lima on the 13
   th of March. I anticipate minimal radio operations from OA4 and we will
   depart for Bolivia on the 19th. I should be operational on or before
   Saturday, 23 March from Buena Vista, Bolivia. The grid is FH82. The
   topo maps show promise from 310 degrees to 120 degrees, which should
   cover all of Asia, N. America, Europe and Africa. (I am an optimist)
   Pray that the sun doesn't go out. I hope to work everyone. Summary,
   dates 23 March- 3 April. Call CP6/N6XQ, Grid FH82, Rig IC706 with 160W
   S/S amp, 11dbi yagi, Zepp for 28.885, QRG 50.102 when on CW my carrier
   freq is 700 Hz higher. I may show up on 50.110 until the band opens.

   San Andres Isl., HK0. Gerd DL7VOG, will be QRV on 160-6m as HK0GU
   starting on Mar 14. His length of stay is unknown yet. Nice picture

   Congo, 9Q. 9Q1A will be back to DR CONGO by end April with FT100D and
   beam on 6 meter band. As a resident, will be here till september 2002

   Galapagos HC8. HC8/XE1KK I will be in Galapagos the last week of March
   and the first of April. I will participate in CQ WPX with HC8N but
   outside of the contest I will try to work 50 MHz as much as possible,
   and maybe I will be able to do it as HC8/XE1KK, if not I will use HC8N

   Vietnam, XV. The Cham Island DX team will depart from Fukuoka to Ho
   Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on March 12, 2002. The team expects to be on
   the air during the late hours of March 13 and will be working in a
   non-stop operation with two stations until their departure on March
   18. The Callsigns for this operation will be 3W3C, XV3C, 3W2LI/3 and
   3W2KA/3. Look for activity on 6-160 meters on CW and SSB. Special
   plans have been made to insure that the low bands and 6 meters are
   activated with appropriate antennas and experienced operators dedica-
   ted to overcome the challenges that these bands offer. DXpedition Lea-
   der Yuki JI6KVR, taking over after months of delicate negotiations by
   Hau, 3W2LI, has gathered the following operator team: 3W3C/JA6IEF,
   XV3C/JI6KVR, 3W2LI and 3W2KA/3W2LI. Questions before the operation be-
   gins can be sent to JI6KVR at ji6kvr@orange.ocn.ne.jp. Contributions
   are being sought and can be sent to JI6KVR. The team would like to

   active the Island Santiago. The team will concentrate on the 40 meters
   and up, including 6 meters if propagation permits. For more details of
