General information.
Editorial by OZ6OM. First of all I want to whish the OZ50MHz DX Bulle-
tin readers a Happy and Prosperous Newyear. As You proberly have seen
in the editorial of the #01-036, in the DX Calendar under remarks is
now a # number. This is ment to be a catalouge / refference to which
bulletin the full info regarding the present operation can be found.
With such refference system, it should not be nessesary to have each
info in two following issues, so each info will only be printet in one
issue, as of #02-001. Exept from this there will be no changes. So the
OZ50MHz DX Bulletin, is go for 2002 "as usual". With this said the only
thing left is to thanks following for their contribution to the 2001
issues of the OZ50MHz DX Bulletin ...

W4WX/KG4DX, and Larry, W1LR/KG4LR, will be active from Guantanamo Bay
from January 11-19. Look for them on all bands, including 6 meters, on

Remember there is no QSL bureau in Guantanamo Bay. (QSP de The Daily
DX Vol 6 #2 via SMIRK)
New Guinea, P2. KO4CB/P29NB, Norm Beasley, is back in Ukarumpa, Papua
New Guinea, after a year visiting the U.S., his home country. Norm says
he is getting back into DXing and is working on his 5BDXCC (and appa-
rently beyond), because he's looking for QSOs on 160, 6 and satellite.
K3BYV has handled QSL chores in the past but now Norm would like to
take that task over himself, so QSL him direct in PNG or the P29 bureau
IRCs do not work; U.S. dollars are better, he says. His direct address
Norm Beasley, PO Box 437, Ukarumpa, EHP, 444, Papua New Guinea.
