Hallo there!
After the answer from DJ2ZS to my "deltaloop for 6m ?? " msg on packet net,
another question arose to me about the use of yagi-aouda antennes on the 50
MHz band.
Apart from the considerations of multiple antenna arrays or skeleton
antennas vs yagis or quad vs yagi and so on, if I come to the concept
expressed by DJ2EZ on his answer, and decide to install a 5 element yagi,
then another question arises: (good also for two stacked 5 el. Yagis) is it
worth while to mount it with vertical polarization, or horizontal
polarization? Or crossing them giving circular polarization? Or mixed ??
In case of vert, two stacked antennas will be maybe better.
So, Folk, here are the questions.
It shurely will be of great value for all reading both theoretical
contribution and practical hints by experience, so please, write me back on
this matter, preferably as Bulletins as DJ2ZS did, so all OMs may access the
answers.
